Part of my "Masterpiece Series" this design references the 4 Horsemen of the Apocalypse:

* Famine (bottom left) personified by skeletons and showing the 4 Horsemen
* Pestilence (top right) personified by disease vector insects 
* Death personified by the Grim Reaper in the middle and methods of suicide on 
   the bottom right
